I will help you discover your new identity, status and significance as someone whose advice will be sought and guidance requested, rather than someone to be just tolerated or ‘looked after’ which is the fate for most people.

After a series of transformative personal experiences, including redundancy and divorce, I took a new direction and venture into personal development coaching and therapy, fostering a profound understanding of the challenges of significant life transitions.

The Freedom Academy, founded in 2016, serves an audience entering ‘retirement’, aiming to transform their view of this period from a time of decline to a stage filled with potential for new adventures and experiences.
