About Me
Early in my career, I was a driven, motivated leader, dedicated to delivering strong results. However, as I climbed the corporate ladder, I found myself stepping into a more demanding leadership role managing a high-performance team.
With the new responsibilities came an overwhelming load of expectations, and the pressure felt almost crushing. Suddenly I was facing decisions that could impact thousands of people, and every move felt like walking a tightrope, each step heavy with the weight of expectations. Every missed target, every drop in performance, weighed on me.
I found myself questioning everything. Was I capable of leading this team? Had I taken on too much? Would I lose the respect and credibility I spent years building? Will I disappoint the many people who depended on me?
One day after multiple long meetings that left me drained, and filled with self-doubt, I knew something had to change. I could not lead effectively if I was stuck in survival mode.
So, I reached out for help and started working with a coach challenging me to view things from a fresh perspective. What followed was a transformative journey of self-discovery, bridging the gap between my current reality and the impact I truly wanted to make.
Today that experience, along with my life lessons and values fuels my passion for helping leaders like you.

About Me
Take a stroll with me and imagine through the rollercoaster ride of my career – an executive leader with a whopping 30-plus years in the human capital operations leadership space. My story? It's a page-turner, filled with highs, lows, and those magical moments that turned me into the passionate leader I am today.
So, picture this: growing up in an idyllic Caribbean island community with ten siblings. Yes, you heard that right! My folks made sure I learned leadership values early on. Delegating tasks became an essential skill, and as a child, I had to learn quickly to get my siblings on board to help with completing tasks delegated by our parents and meet our family expectations. Little did I know, these childhood adventures laid the foundation for my leadership responsibilities later in my life.
Fast forward to the corporate world where I navigated my way in a career in hospitality, eventually landing a spot as one of just two women on the executive leadership team. The organization had some highs and lows, and I faced some bold challenges, especially in sourcing and coaching thousands of employees at all levels., more challenging was coaching new and as well as experienced leaders trying to steer their teams toward success. And that is where the real fun began. Working alongside numerous talented people to engage and inspire them towards an audacious vision, required digging deep despite the foreboding sense of aloneness that overtook me. These moments of courage and grit empowered me to work harder at my unused higher-level skills. They became golden stepping stones for what was to come. It worked. I celebrated many successes.
Later, my career transitioned to continuing opportunities, and I used those challenges to build a business-focused venture to help leaders be their awesome selves, making sure their actions align with their values for a long-lasting positive impact.
